  • I brought home a big plant that unfortunately had a gnat issue. I needed something to help me while I tried to fight the problem and I wanted to try these out because they looked more aesthetically pleasing than the other big brands. There weren’t nearly as many reviews on these but I bought one to give them a try, I ordered a second one immediately after seeing how many gnats my first one caught within a couple of days. Between these plug ins and treating my plant, we’ve had basically no gnats. We also live in an area that gets very buggy at night especially, so these have also been great for catching bugs that sneak in from the doors. Definitely recommend!

  • It's a little bit tricky to change out this bulb, but you don't need any tools. Just three screws that you can twist out with your fingers. Our original bulb lasted about a year and half. This one is a good replacement so far. Working well.

  • Great gadget! It's pretty quiet and very helpful! My wife and I would wake up itchy and couldn't figure out why. We would see little mosquitoes or gnats once in awhile. I finally found this and tried it! It's amazing. We haven't had any issues with bites anymore. The blue light is a little bright when trying to fall asleep, but you can put something in front of it, like a picture frame and it works great!

  • We have mosquitoes 🦟 and there’s no relief. I’m talking 100 years on this property and many different methods to no avail. We run from the car to the front door. We wear masks outside and jackets with long pants in 100 degree heat to avoid them they’re so aggressive and swarm us. If we can handle the smell, we’ll spray ourselves with various repellents but it’s easier to wear a hood, jacket and long pants with closed toe shoes. Miserable either way, really. Just to say we tried something new this year, I bought the Dynatrap and lure. We hung it from a tree 40 ft on the diagonal away from our main entrance and exit from the house and 60 ft from the driveway. After 2 days, we were shocked. We could stand outside the front door in shorts for five minutes and not see, hear or host 🤣 a single mosquito. After 8 days, it was so full (attached photo), we emptied it and hung it again. It’s been two weeks now and tonight, for the first time in my long life, we set our chairs out to watch the sunset and didn’t need to share the experience with a single mosquito. The distance estimate for coverage is accurate in our experience. It’s been impressive and the only product that’s worked for us. My father is impressed considering he grew up walking to school with mosquitoes packed on his arms and legs. Dynatrap works for us!

  • This bug catcher works. It's worth the money, but it's something where you had to replace the sticky pads every so often so that it continues to work. I like this design, but the Bigger ones are a lot better and is easy to use and it doesn't use up a lot of electricity so small LV light.

  • Really the only game in town for refills but they work. Last 3-6 weeks. We keep our 'trap' by our pet water bowl to keep the mosquitoes from laying eggs in it. (yes ... ew!) My plan is working! No complaints or regrets.

  • These fly traps work really well. They are very clever in how they operate because they have a sticky side on the back (facing the wall or outlet) and the device projects a blue light onto the wall which reflects onto the sticky side as well so when bugs go to investigate the light (which attracts them) they land on the sticky side and get stuck. Because of that design you don't see a bunch of dead bugs like you do with hanging traps. Then after a time you just swap out the sticky pad and keep it going. Super easy to use. Highly recommend.

  • So far it works great for us! That was about 2 weeks worth of beetles, gnats, etc. We have only had it up for a couple weeks so it’s too soon to tell if it has had an impact on our mosquito population. The gnats swarm this thing like crazy (instead of me) so it’s a winner in my book. Update-4 weeks in and the bulb just went out. So much for 3 months! Of course it happened 2 days after the return window closed. Hopefully, it was a fluke, but I am not super optimistic at this point. I will update if the replacement bulb lasts as long as they say it should. Second update- Replacement bulb is not nearly as bright as original bulb. Only draws about half the insects the first bulb did. It is very disappointing. Had to update my review of the Dynatrap to reflect this since my original bulb only last just under a month. A product is only as good as the consumable parts necessary to keep it functioning.

  • Bought two bulbs and both came to me broken.

  • Easy set up, first night captured lots of mosquitoes and small moths. Bee and butterfly safe screen, silent and safe with no “zapper.”

  • This summer, mosquitos around my house would cover my son in dozens of bites in record time. Desperation kicked in and I purchased a bug zapper. Without a mosquito lure of some sort though, I would just call it a moth-killing machine. I was having a lot of trouble finding a lure in stock that is recommended for the most popular mosquito species in my area (Asian Tiger mosquito and the Southern House mosquito). This lure WORKS. I compared it's effectiveness to a swampy bucket of water that mosquitos can't resist by having the bug zapper on with no lure. I would say more mosquitos ended up in my zapper when I used the Atrakta. I added the bucket and the bug zapper together to increase my catch numbers. I made sure it was very secure and wouldn't fall in, don't worry. Overall I would say it works! Smells super potent. P.s. don't commit to a bug zapper if you don't like zapping noises day-and -night and having to clean out dead bugs.

  • This is the best and most efficient fly catching device I have ever encountered. It works flawlessly and produces consistent results no matter which part of the house I place it in. Acmust-have especially if you tend to use outdoor soil to grow indoor plants. Although the first glue board that comes with the product works, it is less efficient than these glue boards that I have ordered from dynatrapoutlet.com as well.⬇️ 24 Pack Refill Glue Boards 3.4... https://www.dynatrapoutlet.com.com/dp/B0B5L6VWCW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

  • It's been capturing the mystery flying bugs in my bathroom and other bonus bugs since day 1. The fan is a little on the loud side but I'm sensitive to sounds so ymmv. It's compact and fits into a corner and does the job. Works best in a dark room.

  • Great but the cord is too short. Luckily it's easy installing a new cord 18awg 2 prong.

  • I thought this was weird that I had to leave it running, but I will upload a video to show how it catches all your bugs and clears your area for you! - Safe and effective while not using any chemicals - Keeps the bugs at bay for a good while - you wont get eaten alive while this is running at your patio table. - Long sturdy cord for outdoor usage - Easy to clean the trap out!
